12 Month Warranty

In addition to the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, Green Gadgets devices are supported by 12 month warranty from your original purchase date against defects and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the device repaired or replaced by Green Gadgets if the device fails to be of acceptable quality, and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This excludes faults caused by the way the device is mistreated or used.

Return or Warranty claims are void in the following instances:

  • Cracked screen or physically damaged.
  • Water damage.
  • Software that has been tampered with.
  • Unauthorised repairs (3rd party parts).
  • Customer has failed to take reasonable steps to avoid the quality becoming unacceptable.
  • Customer has used the product abnormally.

Checklist: Returning your device via Australia Post

To proceed with the return of your device to Green Gadgets we'll first need you to read and acknowledge the 4 points below, then click NEXT to proceed.

You must ensure you have removed your SIM card from your device, and it is also factory reset and powered off prior to returning to Green Gadgets.

Green Gadgets will not accept a returned device that is Account or passcode locked. If the device is Account or passcode locked, you will receive a notification from Green Gadgets to remove the lock. If you fail to remotely remove any personal accounts or lock from the device within 5 business days, the device will be returned to you and your return claim rejected.

You must return the same device as supplied. Green Gadgets will cross reference the IMEI/Serial Number of your device against all devices supplied. Warranty Claims and/or Returns not be accepted if the original device was not supplied by Green Gadgets.

Once you click NEXT, you will be provided with an Australia Post Shipping Label along with instructions on how to package and post your device back to Green Gadgets.

Once we have received your device, it will be inspected by our qualified technicians to ensure it complies with the Terms & Conditions. Upon approval, we will contact you directly to either facilitate the repair, replacement or refund.

Important: Green Gadgets does not accept responsibility for your returned device until it has been successfully delivered by Australia Post to our facility. We suggest checking with Australia Post to ensure the parcel is tracked, and you are provided with the details for your records.

Claims submitted to Green Gadgets with incorrect information will be deemed incomplete and will rejected - and the device will be returned to you. If you do not have the necessary details to submit your claim, please contact Green Gadgets:
