By purchasing any item in our Green Gadgets, you indicate that you have read and accepted the below Terms and Conditions.


Payment & Shipping


All orders placed before 2pm will ship the same business day, dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.  All orders placed after 2pm will ship the following business day. We use Australia Post Express delivery. For our mutual protection, all orders will require a signature upon delivery. Tracking for your order will be advised at the time your order is dispatched.


All delivery times quoted are estimates, not guarantees. We have no control over delays caused by our preferred delivery service.


No purchases will be shipped without full payment to Green Gadgets, which must be made via PayPal only.
Please note: Payments will appear as ‘Alegre Pty Ltd’ on your statement or PayPal transaction


Product Availability


Due to the volume of sales through our site, from time to time an item may be out of stock. We will provide you with timely notification of any out of stock or delayed item.


Grading


We endeavour to provide accurate cosmetic grading on all items. This grading process can be subjective as the way our technicians may determine a phone is in Excellent, Good or Fair condition may differ from that of a buyer. We strongly advise our buyers to look at the condition example photos and grading video for an accurate representation of how the device they receive will appear.


Returns & Warranty


We want you to love your device so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to hear about it.
Refurbished Devices come with a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee (As New, Excellent, Good, Fair, Imperfect Grades only)
If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your device please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number along with instructions on how to ship your device back to us. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an exchange or refund.


Please Note:
- If the return is for change of mind postage is paid by the buyer
- We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
- We will not accept a returned device that is iCloud or Google locked. If your device is account locked you will receive a notification from us to remove the lock. The device will be returned if still locked after 5 business days
- Please ensure your device is factory reset and powered off prior to shipment
- IMEI will be validated against the IMEI shipped. Returns will not be accepted on mismatched IMEI’s


Brand New device – 30 day Change of Mind policy
If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you change your mind regarding the purchase of your Brand New device please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number along with instructions on how to ship your device back to us.


Please note:
- A restocking fee of 20% will be charged if the package has been opened or damaged
- Return postage is paid by the buyer
- The device must be returned in the original package, accessories included
- We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery


Warranty


All Green Gadgets Brand New products are supported by a 24 Month Manufacturer Warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product (excluding any physical or liquid damage).

Our Green Gadgets Refurbished products are supported by a Green Gadgets warranty against defects. Our Refurbished devices have either a 6 or 12 month warranty – please refer to the listing description for confirmation.


Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This excludes faults caused by the way the device is treated and/or used.

 

Prior to returning a device for warranty, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number along with instructions on how to ship your item back to us. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate a repair, refund or replacement.


Green Gadgets Warranty is void in the below instances:
- Cracked screen or physically damaged
- Water damage
- Software that has been tampered with
- Unauthorised repairs (3rd party repairs)
- Customer has failed to take reasonable steps to avoid the quality becoming unacceptable
- Customer has used the product abnormally


Please note:
- Please refer to the item description to verify the length of warranty offered

Accessories


All Refurbished devices sold by Green Gadgets are 100% genuine items and part of our inspection process involves police checks for legitimacy.
Accompanying accessories (such as cables and wall chargers where offered) are 3rd party accessories.
Brand New Devices are all shipped in original manufacturer packaging with original accessories.

Green Gadgets respects your privacy. As such, any and all information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned.
