By purchasing an item from Green Gadgets, you indicate that you have read and accepted the below Terms and Conditions.
Shipping
Free Delivery – Australia Post
$9.95 Express Post – Australia Post
All products are dispatched from our facility in Sydney.
For our mutual protection, all orders will require a signature upon delivery. Tracking for your order will be advised at the time your order is dispatched. All delivery times quoted are estimates, not guarantees. We have no control over delays caused by our preferred delivery service.
Payment
We accept payment via PayPal or ZipPay
No purchases will be shipped without full payment to Green Gadgets. Please note: Payments will appear as ‘Alegre Pty Ltd’ on your statement or PayPal transaction.
Product Availability
Due to sales volumes, from time to time an item may be out of stock. We will provide you with timely notification of any out of stock item and advise of alternate stock options available, or process a refund should this be your preference.
Grading
We endeavour to provide accurate cosmetic grading on all items. This grading process can be subjective as the way our technicians may determine a phone in Excellent, Very Good or Good condition may differ from that of a buyer. We strongly advise our buyers to look at the condition example photos for an accurate representation of how the device they receive will appear.
Returns & Warranty
We want you to love your device so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to hear about it.
Refurbished Devices come with a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee (As New, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Imperfect Grades only)
If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your device please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number along with instructions on how to ship your device back to us. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an exchange or refund.
Please Note:
- If the return is for change of mind postage is paid by the buyer
- We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
- We will not accept a returned device that is iCloud or Google locked. If your device is account locked you will receive a notification from us to remove the lock. The device will be returned if still locked after 5 business days
- Please ensure your device is factory reset and powered off prior to shipment
- IMEI will be validated against the IMEI shipped. Returns will not be accepted on mismatched IMEI’s
- Not available on accessories
- Express Shipping fee is not refunded on returned devices
Brand New Product – 30 day Change of Mind policy
If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you change your mind regarding the purchase of your Brand New product please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number along with instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
Please note:
- A restocking fee of 20% will be charged if the package has been opened or damaged
- Return postage is paid by the buyer
- The device must be returned in the original package, accessories included
- We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
- Express Shipping fee is not refunded on returned items
Warranty
All Brand New products are supported by a full Manufacturer Warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product (excluding any physical or liquid damage).
Our Green Gadgets Refurbished products are supported by a Green Gadgets warranty against defects. Our Refurbished devices have a 12 month warranty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This excludes faults caused by the way the device is treated and/or used.
Prior to returning a device for warranty, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number along with instructions on how to ship your item back to us. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate a repair, refund or replacement.
Green Gadgets Warranty is void in the below instances:
- Cracked screen or physically damaged
- Water damage
- Software that has been tampered with
- Unauthorised repairs (3rd party repairs)
- Customer has failed to take reasonable steps to avoid the quality becoming unacceptable
- Customer has used the product abnormally
Please note:
- Please refer to the item description to verify the length of warranty offered

Included Accessories
All Refurbished devices sold by Green Gadgets are 100% genuine items and part of our inspection process involves police checks for legitimacy.
Accompanying accessories (such as cables and wall chargers where offered) are 3rd party accessories.
Brand New Devices are all shipped in original manufacturer packaging with original accessories.
Purchased Accessories
Brand New accessories purchased are covered by a 12 month warranty.
Any Warranty returns must include all parts and components. Incomplete returns will not be processed.
Subscriber Coupon
Individuals must become a 'Subscriber' to our Marketing Emails to receive a 5% discount code via email.
- Subscriber Coupon codes are limited to first time email subscribers only
- Limit of one discount code per customer
- Coupons will expire 60 days from issue date and cannot be extended
- Coupon is single use only, non-transferable and must be used in a single checkout process
- Only one discount code can be used per order
- Green Gadgets reserves the right to amend or cancel orders if a customer is in breach of our Subscriber Coupon Terms and Conditions
