A refurbished device is a pre-owned product that has undergone a strict 72-point quality check, including hardware and software testing, professional cleaning, and necessary repairs or part replacements with a minimum of 80% Battery Life Cycle. All devices are unlocked and graded by cosmetic condition: Good, Very Good, Excellent, and As New.

Brand new devices come with manufacturer's warranty. Refurbished devices include a 12-month warranty that covers hardware faults, including the battery. You can also purchase an optional 24-month Extended Warranty.

Every device is battery-tested before it's approved for sale, and only devices that meet manufacturer specifications pass. In line with those specifications, a battery health of 80% or above is considered acceptable. For selected models, we also offer devices fitted with a brand-new battery.

The battery is covered by our warranty, and every device comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Yes! We offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return the item for a refund or exchange.

We offer free standard shipping via Australia Post and express shipping for $9.95. Orders placed before 12 PM (AEST) are dispatched the same business day.

These grades refer to the cosmetic condition of the device not performance. All grades are 100% fully functional.
