All products are dispatched from our facility in Sydney.

We work hard to ship your item to you as fast as we can, so all orders placed before 12pm on any business day will be dispatched on the same business day. All orders placed after 12pm or on any non-business day will be dispatched on the following business day.

Tracking for your order will emailed at the time your order is dispatched.

For our mutual protection, all orders will require a signature upon delivery. All delivery times quoted are estimates, not guarantees.

We have no control over delays caused by our preferred delivery service. No purchases will be shipped without full payment, which must be made via PayPal or Zip Pay.
