30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your device, so if at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number along with instructions on how to ship your device back to us. Please advise us of your preference for an exchange or a refund. Once received and inspected, subject to our T&C’s, we’ll organise it for you.
In addition to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, all of our products are supported by a warranty against defects. Please refer to the item description for the length of warranty offered.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This excludes faults caused by the way the device is treated and/or used.
Free Express Delivery – Australia Post
All products are dispatched from our facility in Sydney.
We work hard to ship your item to you as fast as we can, so all orders placed before 11am on any business day will be dispatched on the same business day! We ship everything FREE using Australian Post, Express Post – so if you’re within the postcode range you’ll have your delivery the following business day. All orders placed after 11am or on any non-business day will be dispatched on the following business day.
Tracking for your order will emailed at the time your order is dispatched.
For our mutual protection, all orders will require a signature upon delivery. All delivery times quoted are estimates, not guarantees.
We have no control over delays caused by our preferred delivery service. No purchases will be shipped without full payment, which must be made via PayPal only.
